Do I need to deal with Swedish customs?

Currently, goods from within the EU don’t need to be presented to Swedish Customs – but you will need to complete and include any relevant paperwork and documentation to make sure you’re parcel is cleared through customs; but if this sounds like hard work, don’t worry, we’ll help automatically generate any documents for you from the information you provide on the booking form based on the information you give us.

HM Revenue & Customs has more information on tax and customs considerations for Sweden.

How to package parcels to Sweden

At around 1000 miles from London to Stockholm, Sweden isn’t too far away from the UK, however we would still advise you take care with packaging. Remember, your parcel will pass through a number of depots with automated sorting machines and manual handling so think about this when packing your items.

Use a study outer box to put your items in, and surround it with a lightweight packing material to stop things moving around inside and becoming damaged. We’ll transport parcels up to 25kg in weight, 80x80x80cm max in size – just don’t overfill it. For further advice, take a look at our handy international packaging guide for tips.
