Pay as you go with no minimum orders

Just because you’re a small business, doesn’t mean you should have to commit to a minimum order. With ipostparcels, you don’t need to worry about meeting certain order quantities or signing any contracts, simply book us when you need us and we will be there for you.

All you need to do is register; this can be with your personal email or work email and only takes a few minutes. Then you can start arranging your deliveries straight away – book before midnight, and one of our drivers will be with you the next day*. Or we can come and collect from your offices on a day you have chosen (up to five days in advance) and ensure your parcel is delivered the next day after that.

International parcel delivery for small businesses

We know that it’s not just the UK you might need to send parcels to, and the good news is you won’t have to use a different courier service as we also deliver worldwide. In fact, we offer some of the cheapest rates for sending abroad to over 160 countries.

With many of our destinations making deliveries by road or air, you can often choose if you’d prefer to take advantage of our Road Economy service or Worldwide Air service.

Top Up Accounts

We also offer Top Up Accounts which may come in handy if you’re a regular shipper with ipostparcels, as the more you top up, the more you save!

Save on postage costs with ipostparcels

In addition to our pre-pay top up service, we offer even more ways to save. Not only are our postage prices reasonable to start with, you’ll actually save £1 for every extra parcel you send – as long as it’s sent at the same time as the others.

If you don’t need to have your parcels collected from your place of work, office or home, we also give a discount of £1.30 when you drop them off at one of our 50+ local depots. Think about how many parcels you send every month and how many £1.30 savings you could make – it adds up, doesn’t it?   

Is everything covered?

As standard for all UK deliveries, we offer £25 free contents cover. Should that not be enough to cover the value of the parcel, you can choose to increase your contents cover, up to £1000, should you need it.

For International deliveries, we include £50 free content cover as standard and the same applies to increase the amount; simply select the value of the item(s) you’re sending when making your booking.

You also need to make sure you don’t post any prohibited items. We have a list of things we don’t carry across our network you can look at to check that what you’re sending is ok.
