Since joining the Deutsche Post DHL Group in 2016, ipostparcels customers have benefitted from the company’s global reach and over 50 years’ of delivery expertise. We’ll soon take the next step in this journey as we rebrand to DHL Parcel UK and launch a new website to make sending parcels even easier. Learn more about the upcoming changes and the benefits it will bring below:

 

Next day delivery still from £1.99 (ex VAT) / £2.39 (inc VAT)

All pricing on the new site will be stated inclusive of VAT. We’ll still offer next day delivery across the UK from £2.39 (inc VAT) and offer competitive rates for all international destinations.

 

Drop off your parcel at one of our 3,500 ServicePoints

You’ll soon be able to drop off your parcel at one of our 3,500 DHL Parcel UK ServicePoints and save money in the process. Our ServicePoints are open from 8am until late and 90% of the UK population live within a 10 minute journey of a shop so there’s always one nearby.

 

Selling online? We’ll get your orders out quickly

‘’Quick Send’’ is a new service launching soon – it will help e-commerce sellers get their customers orders out in no time. You will be able to link your DHL Parcel UK account with 10 of the most popular e-commerce platforms. Once the accounts are linked, and you’ve sold an item online, we’ll automatically input all of the delivery details into our booking form. All you need to do is review and click ‘Send’.

If you sell on more than one e-commerce platform, that’s not a problem – we’ll be able to link your DHL Parcel UK account with as many platforms as you use. When you login to DHL Parcel UK, you’ll be able to see all outstanding orders across multiple platforms.

 

Need to place a bulk booking? That’s not a problem

You’ll soon be able to place a bulk order by uploading a CSV file. We’ll provide a template, which you’ll just need to fill in and upload. We will then create multiple bookings based on the information you provide.

 

PrePay and save

Many of our regular shippers already save valuable time and money by using our current ‘’Top-Up’’ tool. With our new pre-pay functionality, you can upload money in advance so that when you come to checkout, you won’t need to enter your card details again.

When you add £20 or more, we’ll also give you 3% of the value back into your PrePay account which you can use to send more parcels in the future (terms apply).

 

Account features

The new site will come with some great account features too.

 

  • You’ll be able to view all your previous ipostparcels orders.
  • You can rebook any new orders from your account with a simple click of the ‘Rebook’ button.
  • If you need to get a parcel returned to you, click on the ‘Reverse label’ button and we’ll create a booking.
  • When sending a parcel to countries outside of EU
    • There is a new ‘’tariff code’’ look up on all worldwide destinations so you won’t have to leave the site to search for the correct commodity codes. Following Brexit, you may need to provide this information for European destinations too. Making it easier for our customers to find the right commodity code is just one of the ways we are getting prepared for potential changes.

 

About the move

  • If you have received an email from us informing you, your data will be taken across….
  • On the day the new site launches you’ll receive an email from ipostparcels to reset your password on the new DHL Parcel UK website.
  • Once logged in, you will see all your ipostparcels order history, any saved addresses and un-used “Top-Up” balances will be in your new ‘PrePay’ account.
  • ipostparcels will cease to exist as the brand becomes DHL Parcel UK.

 

If you would like to opt out of your data being transferred across, please notify us by email before 5.30pm on Monday 13th April: dataprotectionofficer@dhlparcel.co.uk. Your account will be closed and any outstanding balances returned back to you.
