Providing a door to door delivery service means our drivers are up, out and about nice and early; in fact to enable us to offer flexible delivery times, many of our driving teams set their alarms for about 04:30 (yes, that’s in the a.m.) so they can be on the road and ready to deliver parcels as early as 08:00.

Our delivery times run right up until 6pm in the evening, Monday to Friday – with Saturday deliveries also available for a small fee. You can select this option when booking your parcel online via our easy to use system.

It's worth noting that the next day delivery service is not available for a small number of remote locations, so if your customer lives in a tiny village in the highlands of Scotland, it is worth checking with us first, before promising delivery for the next day.

Do you give guaranteed time slots? - Yes, with our guaranteed next day delivery service you can book specific times for your parcel to arrive. We’re able to offer slots before 9am, 10.30am or noon for just a small additional amount: ideal if your recipient needs the parcel as soon as possible.

For standard deliveries a parcel will arrive between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Do you offer weekend collections and deliveries? - Next day delivery is available five days a week from Monday to Friday; if you book your collection on a Friday, it will normally be delivered on the following Monday.

We deliver (but don’t collect) on a Saturday and we don’t collect or deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays.   

Are delivery notifications available? - Yes, you can request pre and post-delivery advice notifications by email or text. Simply select this service under the 'pre-delivery advice' option and a message will wing its way to your customer following the collection of the parcel. This will advise them of the delivery date and - if a timed service has been booked - they will also be given a slot for delivery. This pre-delivery service is offered for no additional cost when a signed delivery service has been selected.

Can you leave the parcel in a ‘Safe Place’? - Yes. Although we can't guarantee a time for standard deliveries, our 'safe place' delivery option allows the recipient to pick a secure spot for our drivers to leave your parcel, meaning items can be delivered at any time during the day, even when the receiver is out. No more waiting around for delivery slots, if there are more important things to do!

Do you offer depot drop off and collection services? - Of course. Save yourself money and have your parcel delivered to one of our depots. With more than 50 of them around the country, it's easy for your customer to collect at their convenience. You can save £1.25 by dropping your parcel off at a depot and you can save an additional £1.75 by arranging a depot to depot delivery - so you can save yourself £3 in total.

What about international delivery times? - Parcels making their way overseas will be delivered either by road or air, with the assistance of our trusted international partners. Shipping to over 160 countries around the world means that delivery times will vary between destinations, in line with the business hours and days of that country.
