Our pricing and transit times across the UK and Internationally have not changed but you will now be able to book your parcel delivery much faster using our streamlined quick quote and booking forms. 

So what's changed?


Fully responsive: Our website is now fully responsive. If you're not sure what that means, it means our entire website now adjusts to your device so you don't have to zoom in and out of a desktop only version of our website. You can now book anywhere, at any time and you'll always have the same, great booking experience with us.
Improved Quick Quote: Our brand new website has an all new and improved Quick Quote. So, it's now even easier to search parcel delivery prices, by country. Simply start typing the country you want to ship your parcel to within the destination field or scroll through the full list. You can navigate back to the Quick Quote at any point on our website by clicking the ipostparcels or DHL logos on the top right of your device.
Brand new search functionality: We have over 400 pages of information on all things parcels; From packaging and gifting advice to help and support for your business and selling items online. At the top of your device you'll now see a search ipostparcels bar. Simply start typing in your parcels related query and you!ll find answers and quick links to lots of help and support.

New booking process: Our UK and International booking forms are now split into easy to complete sections with a visible summary box throughout so you can keep a close eye on your parcel delivery costs and savings. Our great service hasn't changed; we still offer the cheapest next day delivery in the UK† and ship to over 160 countries worldwide.

Improved help and support centre: Should you need us, we're here. You can find answers to many popular question in our new and improved help centre.
Our customer service team are also available to answer your queries, Monday to Friday from 7am until 10pm.

Updated PayPal Checkout: We have updated our payment gateway to the latest version of PayPal’s secure checkout. Simply, click on the "PayPal Checkout" button to pay by PayPal or credit or debit card. You can also click on the card icons to pay by credit or debit card.
You don’t need to have a PayPal account to checkout but we do, as we always have only take credit/debit payments through PayPal’s secure checkout.
