Our ipostparcels online booking portal aims to offer the lowest prices possible for customers to send parcels within the UK. To keep our costs as low as possible, we reduce the cost in providing this service by answering the vast majority of queries via our online FAQs pages.

Visit our FAQs pages for help and support issues, they should answer most of the queries that you might possibly have, or if you prefer use the contact us form and we'll reply just as soon as we can. Remember to quote your individual consignment reference number if it's about a recent transaction, that way we'll be able to find your details much more quickly. You can find this on your receipt emailed to you at the time of booking or by logging in and clicking on the 'My account' tab in the menu.
